Frankly, the first time I ever heard of love express was when it assigned to me for reviewing. It's a low budget project, which is neither publicized nor star-studded. Love express is the new member of Mukta Searchlight's league but with a difference being that it is made by the students Mr. Ghai's Film School. It's cast, technicians and even the debutant director Sunny Bhambani are the pass outs of Whistling Woods International Mumbai.

As a viewer I will expect newbies to be highly innovative inorder to give something fresh. Unfortunately, all the curiosity goes straight out of the window after watching love express. Based on same rotten script with worn out dialogues and over dose of melodrama. I failed to understand that today when Bollywood has grown so much how can any Next Gen film-maker come up with such an idea of presenting old school though without adding any fresh look to it?

However, things would have been little better if atleast the sets would have been realistic. I kept on wondering the entire time that which train from Amritsar to Mumbai has a bar, cafeteria and space to dance around.

Love express has a warm and sweet feel to it and if that was the goal these freshers wanted to achieve, they hit the bulls eye. With films like Shaitan releasing this weekend, Love Express will surely go un-noticed.
