Thanos is probably the most epic villain you will see on screen for some time. The huge figure is probably a symbolic representation of the giant ruthlessness he carries inside himself. A villain who immediately instils fear in those who would want to fight him. A villain who is so convinced that his ruthlessness and bigotry is actually the right thing to do that in fact there are moments in the movie where his unabashed and uncompromised commitment to his goal of wiping half the universe appears convincing to you. Trust me the guys at Marvel have created the most real villain out of the routine alien figures who want to destroy the universe. Thanos cannot be understood he has to be seen and felt on the screen. Thanos is as epic as a Gabbar or a Mogambo.

Politically correct critics will pooh pooh an Avengers movie because that makes you look intelligent and politically correct but trust me writing a screenplay which carries the movie forward and gives balance and attention to so many superheroes are easy to think but very difficult to write.

The concept creation team needs a huge pat on the back for creating this one.

The movie is essentially the quest of Thanos which is dangerous to the universe, sure you would have heard this too many times before but here the director gives it a solid content back. The six infinity stones which represents six tangents of invincibility.

The avengers try to stop him but will they be able to do so is for what you will have to watch the movie. By the way in case you have been living under a rock you need to be aware that this story is a two part movie so the story will conclude in the next part.

You need to watch Avengers as usual for its epic visual value. Its great humour and coming of age of some its superheroes like Thor. The moments between IronMan and Spiderman are pure electric. Dr.Strange is a solid wizard in this one and yes the humour remains sharp for instance when a question is asked “you got a spiderman and a antman ?” the sarcasm on the natural conflict of existence between a spider and an ant is not missed here.

Some of you might find it slow, though trust me if you are a Avenger’s buff you will actually find the new content richness far more mesmerising than the first two avengers.

Wish the intelligent movie makers could learn from those who made content like Avengers on how good watchable magnetic screenplays are written.
This is an unmissable first chapter of the conflict between the most epic villain and earth’s greatest superheroes. Do not miss it for anything. I mean anything.

Solid five star , in fact four of these are just for Thanos !
