    Verdict - Pure, undiluted crazy.

Mad Max: Fury RoadWatch trailerRelease date : May 15, 2015

Insane. That's the first impression that the audience gets from Mad Max : Fury Road. There's no explanation about the crazy world the viewer is about to become a part of. No warning, barely an introduction  Mad Max is relentless in its attempt to bombard the viewer with some incredible action, gore, and a good amount of crazy thrown into the mix. It's haphazard, confusing and raises more questions than it answers. Not unlike how a post apocalyptic world would be like.

Max is a survivor in a world devastated by a water crisis. Haunted by the murder of his wife and child, he wanders the Australian outback with only survival in his mind. The world has descended into chaos, ruled by warlords. Max is captured by one such warlord, Immortan Joe. Joe intends to use Max as an organ donor for his 'war boys'. As luck would have it, Nux, the war boy max would be giving his life to has been called on a mission. He decides to take max along, draining him along the way. They are on the trail of Furiosa, one of Joe's highest ranking lieutenants. She has stolen something extremely precious to Joe and intends to cross the wastelands with it. Mad with rage, Joe sends his entire force after her, with max along for the ride. It really is a lovely day for him.

There's really nothing that can accurately describe what Mad Max is. There's an incredible amount of fun to be had from this movie, but it's not for everyone. People looking for a heart wrenching plot should go elsewhere. Everyone else though, is fair game for the craziness of Mad Max.
