It seems like Aamir Khan enjoys portraying real life heroes. After wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat from Dangal, speculations are rife that Mr. Perfectionist might treat his fans as astronaut Rakesh Sharma in his next. A former Indian Air Force pilot, Rakesh Sharma was the first Indian to go to space.

Bollywoodlife.com exclusively broke the news on Aamir Khan's upcoming venture. The website quoted a source as saying, "Aamir will play Rakesh Sharma in his next film. He is all set to move from playing a pehalwan to now going out to the space". The actor is currently preparing for the promotion of his upcoming film Dangal.
Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, Dangal features Sakshi Tanwar as wife and Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra as daughters of Mahavir Singh Phogat. With music by Pritam Chakraborty, the film is slated to be released on December 23. Desimartini wishes that the actor keeps on entertaining his fans with whatever he decides to dish out.
