After winning an Oscar in 2011 for ‘Black Swan’, Natalie Portman has not showcased much inspiring performances. But looks like, the actress may again stand at podium of Academy Awards to give a thank you speech for the Best Actress award. She will next be seen in ‘Jackie’, a biopic made on Jacqueline Kennedy, the wife of the 35th President of the United States, John F. Kennedy.
The flick was shown as part of the New York Film Festival this week and since then the Thor actress has been getting praises. In a recent interview, she revealed that she was nervous playing the role of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. She said, "I was very nervous. I mean, people are very aware of what she looked like and what she sounded like and what she moved like. And it's challenging because you want to approximate that as much as possible".
Natalie added that the costumes used by her in the Pablo Larraín directorial helped her to get into the character of the skin. The movie penned by Noah Oppenheim will also star Greta Gerwig, Peter Sarsgaard and Max Casella. ‘Jackie’ will hit the theatre screens on December 2.
