Ruling out that Sylvester Stallone's sonSage Stallonedied of a drug overdose, theLos Angelesofficials have determined that the actor-producer died of natural causes. Los Angeles County Coroner revealed that no drugs were found in the system of Sage, who was found dead at his home in the Hollywood Hills in July, and the actor died from a heart attack.
