‘Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum' And 'Bhayanakam' Are Heading To Melbourne Film Fest With Mahanati

It was earlier reported that Keerthy Suresh's Mahanati is heading to the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne. And now we have the latest development in the list. There will be two more National Award winning Malayalam movies too that would premiere at the fest. The event is scheduled to be held in August 2018.
Bhayanakam, directed by Director Jayaraj's, which won three national awards in 2018 for the Best Director, Adapted Screenplay and Cinematography is in the list. Other than this, Dileesh Pothen's Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum, which bagged the Best Original Screenplay, Feature Film and Supporting Actor, has also been nominated. Talking about the actors, Fahadh has also been nominated under the Best Actor category in the competition section of the film.
The film fest is going to be a huge event. It has over 60 movies in 22 languages for nominations, and a few of the other Bollywood hit movies lined up are Padmaavat, Sanju, Padman, Raazi and Secret Superstar. The fest has the theme of 'Inclusion,' this year. The event has the motive to explore the diversity of contemporary Indian cinema.
