The Indian film industry would be incomplete without the song and dance sequence that make up for a significant part in the film. Choreographers are those talented bunch of people who make the dance sequences in our films look straight out of a dream. They use their talent to orchestrate the dance and make sure that everyone just shakes their legs perfectly.
But there are times when the choreographers have tried film-making. Yes, a lot of Bollywood directors have started as choreographers. In fact, many successful directors today have had their claim to fame as directors. While at times, they are able to make a hit film, many choreographers have failed to translate their magic when they donned the director's hat.
