Rising Star Winner Aftab Singh Wants To Use The Prize Money Of 10 Lakhs For His Sister’s Wedding!

Singing reality show Rising Star has finally got its winner and it is none other than the little Aftab Singh. Amongst the four finalists, he has been the youngest and he swept the title of the Rising Star alongside bagging the prize money of 10 lakh rupees. But have you ever wondered what the little kid will do with such a big amount?
Well, he might be a kid but looks like he has learnt to take responsibility like an adult. The new ‘Rising Star’ has said that he will use the money on his sister’s wedding! Wow, isn’t that incredible?
Aftab had earlier revealed how his family had been under financial pressure. In one of the episodes, he had revealed that his father had taken a loan of 3 lakhs to repair their roof and that they were having difficulties paying it off. After listening to this story, Salman Khan, who was the guest in that episode, decided to pay it off.
The 11-year-old from Punjab has also revealed that he wants to open a recording studio in his village in Faridkot. Talking about if he has gotten any offers yet from the judges, he said,
“Shankar sir has asked me to perform at one of his upcoming concerts and even gave me my first pay cheque.”
He was adjudged the winner amongst Sanjay Satish, Diwakar Sharma and Abhishek Saraf.
