Trisha Illana Nayanathara would be absolute fun for the majority of young boys as they would have definitely undergone love failure at least once! Forget misogyny, if there is a joke on girls, most of the boys would laugh like anything hence I'm saying that Trisha Illana Nayanathara will be an awesome watch for the teen boys. But if you ask me whether it's a perfect film, my answer is big 'No'.

Trisha Illana Nayanthara actually has an age old storyline and there is nothing new in the movie. Only lynchpin of the film is its 'A' jokes, had the director followed usual traditional way of filmmaking, it would have been ended as a tiring watch but now the film is partly enjoyable.

The film's plot actually lies in the title. Yes, our hero Jeeva (GV Prakash) first loves a girl called Ramya (Anandhi) for some reason, they gets separated. As Ramya has ditched him, Jeeva starts loving Aditi (Manisha Yadav) but he gets separated from her too.

After some time, Jeeva gets a chance to see Ramya again and decides to get back his first love. Will he get it? This particular question forms the crux of the story.

The first half of Trisha Illana Nayanthara is actually quite fun barring all the anti-women dialogues but the second half is a tiring ride with slow paced screenplay and prolonged climax. Had the director concentrated bit more in the second half portions, it would have been a perfect watch but now it's just another average Tamil movie with 'A' jokes, which is something rare in Kollywood.

So people, Trisha Illana Nayanthara is for youngsters who hate girls but if you sincerely respect them, this film is not for you! Sadly, it didn't work for me!
